Mr. Avrashow’s experience in business provides unique expertise in the legal representation of businesses. He was formerly a corporate officer of a privately held real estate development firm, and division president and corporate officer of a publicly-held real estate development firm. The insights gained as a corporate officer allow him to provide a comprehensive legal and business analysis with creative problem solving.

Mr. Avrashow has counseled a wide range of clients in business formation issues, including partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and has drafted various documents in the formation and operation of a diverse group of businesses. He has vast experience with nearly two decades of client representation in the purchase, acquisition, lease and operation of their businesses and real property.
