The firm’s real estate clients include publicly held real estate development firms, individual property owners, common area associations, and numerous and diverse businesses. On behalf of its clients the firm has drafted numerous real estate transaction documents affecting residential, commercial and industrial real estate.

These documents include, but are not limited to: purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, easement agreements, Development Agreements, option agreements, and Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s). The firm has counseled clients on property line and title insurance disputes and numerous other matters in the ownership, operation, lease, purchase, sale and development of real property.

The firm has represented its real estate clients before Administrative Law Judges, and at hearings before government agencies and bodies throughout Southern and Northern California, and in Nevada and Idaho.

Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Avrashow served as Vice President of a privately held real estate development firm and as a Southern California Division President and corporate officer of a publicly held development firm. Those two firms developed, built, sold and/or managed thousands of residences, and a select number of commercial office buildings.

Mr. Avrashow has been a guest columnist for the prestigious Southern California Real Estate Journal on the subject of commercial leases in challenging economic times.
